I'm a black female and this time around I wanna go for a rock look or wateva u call it and I need to know which one of those hairstyles will look better on me, fyi I have a long, oval face. Also if niether one looks good then wat emo style would you recommend? Thanks for ur help:)

Wow, no offence but your hair is wayyy too short for any of that. You need to grow it because it doesnt even reach your ears. Read on about growing hair:
Because of relaxers you must take VERRRRY good care of your hair if you want it to grow. If you don't, your hair will grow, but BREAK off so it looks like it's staying the same forever.
Okay, here is my advice, I know a lot about hair care so this might sound crazy but you can either take my advice or not grow your hair.
First of all, keep your hair moisturized. This is as simple as wetting it in the shower, or wetting your hands and running them through your hair. DO NOT buy any moisturizer that has MINERAL OIL or PETROLATUM!
2)use a wide tooth comb(SPARINGLY!!!) to avoid hairs breaking.
3)Wash your hair AT LEAST!!!!! once a week with shampoo. I wash mine with JUST conditioner sometimes too.
4)after shampooing, DEEP CONDITION by putting condish on your hair and putting a plastic cap over it and leaving it on for 15-30 minutes
5)massage your scalp daily
6)do not put any oils or "grease" on your scalp. Same goes with hair.
To achieve either hairstyle, you would need a weave b/c your hair is just not long enough
