Make large curls with your fingers while your hair is still wet(almost dry), pin it, and after an hour or so it will look that way, I tried it!!! I love this hair style but my hair is pretty heavy so it doesn't really work in my case but looks fantastic on mt friend! xoxo

Put some volumizer in your roots and blow dry upside down. When your done, put a small amount of wax or some sort of smoothing cream in your hair. Then take a medium sized curling iron and curl one to two inch sections of hair around your head. To finish it off put a small amount of a moisturizing, curl enhancing cream on your fingers and run your fingers through your locks to loosen them up. Biolage carries a good product I like called Curl Defining Creme.
