Products & instructions to get these curly results?? (Pic included)?

Ok so I have really thick medium hair. I'm asian so that's why it's really thick. I'm starting to think it's almost impossible to style my stubborn hair but I want to know from other people's experience. I want to know really good intructions %26amp; products (on the cheaper side) that I can find at local stores to make my hair curl like this:

2. http://www.makemeheal.com/news/images/va...

I have slightly long side bangs that I will keep straight.

NOTE: Whenever I curl or straighten my hair it goes out... products to help me with that?

PLEASE HELP!!

Hey, I'm here to help you out as best as I can :-)

What You'll Need:

*Volumizing Spray

*Blow-dryer with both hot %26amp; cool settings

*8-12 large velcro roller

*Large bobby pins

*Medium-hold hairspray

*Round brush

How To Get The Look:

1) Spritz damp hair with volumizing spray from the roots all the way down to the ends (this is most easily done by holding up sections of hair from the head and spraying the sections one by one). Next, flip hair over so it's all hanging down and blow-dry until hair is almost dry.

2) Using the velcro rollers, roll small sections of hair beginning at the front of the center of your head. Attach with pin to keep the roller in place. The next roller should sit right behind roller #1. Run a row of rollers back to the nape of your neck. When you've completed the center row, do a row on either side of the center row arcing back over the crown of your head.

3) Let hair set for 20 minutes and then give each section a blast with the blow-dryer until hair feels dry. Switch the blow-dryer to the cool setting and blast again. The cool air really helps to lock in the curl by sealing down the cuticle on the hair shaft.

4) Remove the roller, part hair on the side, and give hair a light brush. Spritz with medium-hold hairspray to keep curls in place.

The above directions will give you Jessica Simpson's and/or Lindsay Lohan's curls. The information above actually comes from their personal hair stylists. So this is probaby the perfect way to go!
