I love this hairstyle Hilary Duff wore to and Award show,

I can't afford to go to a salon or a hairstylist at the minute to have my hair done, so i was wondering if anyone knew how to do it could they let me know please, I don't know how to make it wavy first of all then i also need to know how to pin it up and create the style and stuff:

French braid your hair into pigtails (this makes hair extra wavy) to get the hair texture. Sleep with it that way, then when you wake up split hair at the top in two sections and teases the two sections a bit. Then french braid it with a piece in the middle. This look will take a lot of hairspay and pins. Good Luck!

wash hair with your shampoo and conditoner, towel dry,comb through, dry until almost dry and then put hair in plaits and leave overnight or until dry. take them out and run serum through the entire lengh, do a quiff (you should know how to do this) then gather the left over hair thats still surroundin your face and put in a pony tail but not to high. finish with glossing spray or hairspray!!!!

First, the kind of wavy this is looks like it was in braids while it was wet. That gives it kinda a crimped look. Next she used bobby pins to make a poof at the top. Do this by gathering some hair frm the front of your head andd twist it and push it up and bobby pin it. Then she kinda made twists on the sides and pinned it with bobby pins. Then pull the bck together on the top as if you were going to make a half ponytail with hair still down, and bobby pin that. And you're going to want to use a lot of hairspray.
