well ok...i think...
ok take a shower then blow dry your hair, then tease it(grab chunks of hair and take your brush and move toward your scalp) make it really messy and use hair spray too, then use a krimp (one of the zigzag iron) then take your hair and put it in pigtails, then mess it up a bit more with a towel
it may just work if your hair is thick enough

Just tease your hair...aka...backcomb...use some hairspray..and get some bobby pins as close to your hair color as you can and pin it up in random places...not hard at all...

You'd have to have either curly hair or hair that you can scrunch. Give it the 'wet effect', I guess is what my friends call it. haha.
then, like, Put it up into two small buns in the back. Almost like pig tails, but don't pull them through all the way. Just barely pull them through the ponytail holder.
That's the cheap version of it. haha. IDK how to get it that way without ponytails and stuff.
