I would definitely recommend getting layers, avoid going too short, a bob length will be perfect, also try getting bangs, they'll balance the fullness of your face shape.

that picture you have right there would be perfect! my hair is kind of like that but without the bangs. Its very easy to handle. Wake up take a shower or wet your hair a little and put mouss in it. The bangs look awsome and I bet it wuld look great on you since you have the same face shape.

GET A LAYERED CUT!!! OMG! THEY ROCK! i have those and its TOTALLY awesome. it doesnt even have to be short. Mines shoulder length and its easy to manage. Get it with bangs off to one side. If you dont like em in your face at home then put a clip or a headband in it... Thats what i do.
