i take hair growth vitamins, so my hair grows pretty fast and not to be gross but i have to shave (legs, etc) every day or its disgusting.

umm mabye like a year. mabye a year and a half. the key is making sure your hair is healthy. try massaging your scalp to wake up your roots.
