Things you'll need"

sky blue eye shadow

peacock eyeshadow (indigo/navy blue)

liquid black eyeliner

black mascara

pearl eyeshadow

long/thick fake eyelashes

nude lip gloss

then apply, it should be self explainitory if you look at it. Eye shadow first(you sweep the pearl colured eyeshadow under the brow), than liquid liner than apply mascara to your own lashes, than apply the fake ones. retouch your eyeliner and clean up any messed up lines :)

use thick black liquid eyeliner and use blue and white shimmery eyeshadow in the same pattern that she has on her eyes. then just smudge it together with your fingertips!!
