Cut,Layered (My hair is already layered but not like that),dyed blond,chemily straightened or whatever,highlights,and lowlights.

This is a tough question to answer. The reason is I do not know what the color of your hair is . Jamie looks like she has at least a bi-foil with deeper color underneath. I would advise a consultation with your stylist. This person could give you advise and also give you a price range so that you know if this is good for you. Sorry that I couldn't give you more.
